Ticket #20006 - AMP wrong items in cart

Hi,

We had some clients that were ordering through the mobile AMP site. She had ordered a neckwarmer but when she looked in the cart see saw an other article (sleeping bag). Also the checkout wasn’t working correctly she told us.

We have checked a serveral times on our phones and sometimes when I put a article in the cart and somebody else is checking he sees the same cart. It looks like it has only 1 cart for all customers. It’s not all times like this so don’t know or you have some of these issues at the AMP part.

Also the client had some issues with the checkout. She could not choose the correct bank.

Could you help us to solve this issue.

Thanks,

Patrick

Hi, Patrick Snoeck.
Please check out AMP documentation first http://alysum5.promokit.eu/promokit/documentation/amp/troubleshooting.html

Hi Fred,

I already checked the AMP documentation for the Venedor theme.
The only error I can imagine that is relevant is “AMP shopping cart issue”. I have disabled the re-display cart at login. This does not solve the issue. (Is this setting required, obligatory?)

The following issues appear:
1. When trying to order a product a second product that wasn’t mine appeared in the shoppingcart (I did not add it to the shopping cart)
2. When checking out the payment goes to Klarna in stead of iDeal (we are using digiwallet module) - I have tested to change the setting into “forced checkout”, then I do get the right bank and I can pay at the right bank.
3. On top of that I get a fatal error “onherstelbare fout” and a white page when I try to click on the item of my choice to see the specifics.

F.e. I had a customer who claims he ordered a size EU 46.5 in a boot, but he received a size EU 40, that is what was ordered in my Prestashop. This client also had the problem with the bank, he chose ING but ended up at ABN Amro. Then he chose Afterpay and the payment worked out fine. I myself have tried several banks, but they all come back to ABN Amro.

We do not encounter any issues on the normal website on the pc, this is only an issue on the mobile version, AMP theme.

Hopefully you can help me out!

Kind regards,
Patrick

I still see enabled “Re-display cart at login” option https://take.ms/Yzme1. Yes, it’s obligatory if you are going to use AMP

Please disable it and make a test once more

Hi Fred,

Disabled the feature.
Tested on 3 different mobile phones at 4G network.
No difference.
After I go through the checkout and choose the bank I only get ABN Amro, not the one I chose.
And also after cancelling the payment I return to the website and then the cart has a different item in it. Not one I chose.
I also get when I click on the product the same fatal error after going through the checkout process. Before that I could click on different products and see the details. So it looks like an error occurs when an order is cancelled or not gone through totally.
Another thing I noticed is that I choose two different sizes of the same boot. But in the shoppingcart they are kinda combined and I can only remove both, not only one size.
A last thing I noticed that sometimes it is not possible to delete a product from the shoppingcart, the button won’t delete it, nothing happens.

That’s all I’ve noticed. It seems it only occurs on AMP theme.

Kind regards,
Patrick
