We need your help .
Something happened with our theme Alysum ( Electronics layout)
1. i was trying fix issue with images and site dead ( error 500 was from the server )
2. we rebuild it , but we still have a lot of errors
3. Still have problems with images - default setting of prestashop is W<H and we have all prodcut images W>H. When we tried rewrite it , site dead )
4. When we changing one language to another , we see message about error , nothing more ( in attachment )
5. same thing happenes when we try edit some products not all
6. basically dificult descripe all issues, because its happend in unexpect time and place .
Please let me know , what is best way to fix all this troubles

1. when you try to rewrite and site is dead, that is definitely not a question about the theme. Please enable Debug mode and read error messages
2. I just changed the language with no problems https://take.ms/P1KiK
3. I see the error in category page, but it looks really weird. Can you switch to default Classic prestashop theme to check out the issue there?

Same troubles with images and during changing languages and opening some products coming error message
Did you make a test of Classic theme? I there the same issue?

But honestly , after reuploading by you Alysum . I tested it , first now was problems . After starting again , stoped . I want say its sometimes works sometime no
And period is very short . In attachment toto with errors and video
seems the attachment was not attached :)

I change again theme for classic , for double check issue
Issue happens only when on products page i try change language . screen in attachment
Basically plus minus same issue happens in alysum theme
What you thing from where this error ?

but that is back office of your Prestashop, and I need to edit theme files. I need access directly to files on your server
i made again correction . basically we want change our server . will be really perfect in case you can upload presatshop and your theme on new server . After we will set up theme form 0 . It also perfect solution

From my experience I can say that the issue is not related to the theme for 95%. Something wiring deeper.
But in any case I need to edit files

The module DPDBaltics wrongly calling a method “getContainer” Go to your server through FTP and rename module folder to disable it
