Ticket #20041 - Mobile Payment Problem after update

After update I encounter mobile payment problem. ( I use version php 7.1.33 / or I can use 7.2.33 the 7.2 doesn’t exist more)

My customer pay with credit card but the payment doesn’t go well, In paypal I can see the payment but the customer see an Error message on page
like in picture enclosed and don’t kno if the order is going well

Please it is urgent

Hi, Flavio.
I’m not able to test out payments with Paypal. Maybe you can configure some product with zero price or any other way what allows me to use PayPal, maybe some sandbox.

The fastest solution right now is to enable “Force desktop checkout” option in the AMP settings

I understand.
checkout is a most complicated page, because AMP should be compatible with every payment and delivery modules you have
Isn’t that a solution for you to use desktop checkout page?

Yes, that’s an option if you have some specific modules what AMP doesn’t support yet

I tested for me and all was ok, ( I select for TEST product the MBE delivery Currier, now I ask to change for all products)

Could be possible that the MBE Couriers/Delivery was not configured in right way for the product and cause the problem? See the picture (before the other courier was selected “Mail Boxes Etc….” that now doesn’t exist)

I’m not sure that issue is related to the theme.
We need to switch your store to Classic prestashop theme and make a test there to be able to find out where the issue comes from
