Ticket #20194 - How to install Alysum on the other side via multistore

I have a domain license for which I manage another store. Do I need a separate Alysum license for another store via the multistore? How to use Alysum on two pages?

Hi, Justyna.
You don't have it install it. Just go to the themes and activate a theme you need

if I activate a theme on page 2 bought for page 1, page 1 stops working on this theme - everything disappears.

Please fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile to access to your back office and FTP, I need to see the problem

I completed the data. See: laveco.pl is now working properly, but as for e-laveco.fr I will change to Alysum, the websites are not working properly.

As I can see you have specific cache configuration. Please disable cache modules and clean prestashop cache.
Then please make sure the module Page builder is hooked to the same hooks as in working shop.

Good afternoon, I think I have the same problem. I have installed the theme in a multi-store environment as a second theme and it has removed my first store configuration (warehouse theme).
Do I have to do something before installing the theme?
Thanks a lot

Nothing special.
The theme works fine in multistore mode, as you can see in our Demo what is built on one prestashop.
Just try to install and let me know in case some questions

Unfortunately, the template still doesn't work. I also turned off the installed modules to check if this is a problem and no effect. Can you set my prestashop store so that the template works properly?

Both stores works fine now https://take.ms/hekQj
