Colissimo pick up : impossible to load map on AMP. I’ve the same problem with Mondial Relay Module : Impossible to use it.

I don’t understand, colissimo doesn’t work anymore… Do you have change something ??? It’s very important because, I have only this way to order… Mondial Relay doesn’t work too…

Any third party module is not compatible with AMP by default. We have “AMPified” all prestashop pages and our own modules for the theme but we are not able to “AMPify” every third party module.
And we are trying to help you despite that is not covering by our support.
Ok, I will search for an example of the colissimo’s map.
I just wanted to see how it works in desktop, but it doesn’t works there
You’ll find in attachement an image of an example of colissimo’s window. It doesn’t work anymore on desk or phone. But It had worked few days ago.
For mondial relay, it’s the same principle. But Mondial Relay doesn’t work on desk or phone too and had never worked. Do you understand the principal of these two solutions ? It’s a solution to delivery parcels in shops. Thank you for help.

I don’t understand the problem. There is no map in desktop version but you write that the problem with AMP
In fact, Colissimo on desktop is ok but not on phone : When I need to tape choose “sélectionner un point Retrait” nothing matter.
For Mondial Relay, it’s the contrary : On phone it’s ok but not work on desktop. When I’ve selected my point of delivery, impossible to pass to payment page (no call to action). I’ve attached a copy of what I have on the screen. (For Mondial Relay, for moment, it’s a version of trying but I’ve an account). Do you have an idea ?

Fred, with Mondial relay, I’ve a problem again with Mondial relay on desktop version. Impossible going to payment page. And when I choose a point of livraison, the address is found in the address of the client… And impossible to delete it. So we can fastly having 2,3,4… addresses in this section. And it’s incomprehensible for the clients. Do you know what ?
