Ticket #20885 - Prices shown as 0 in product list module

Hello,

Suddenly I have a problem with the “Product List” module. The price shown in the product’s miniatue is 0,00 € and the “add to cart” button is not working. Why!!

I don’t understand what’s wrong with your prices, I see the issue first time. Didn’t you modified some price settings?
I have fixed that for the product list but not for the “tabs” one.
Keep working on that

Could you tell me how did you fix the product list module? Also, what prestashop modules could be interfering with the pop up or add to cart module?

I changed it to classic, and the problems dont solve. The prices are not shown, either in categories neither product list

so you have the same problem is classic page as well?
if so, that means that is a configuration of your shop. Maybe some third party module doing that. We never seen the problem before

Ok. I have find the solution. Now, the shopping cart button is not working!! In the product miniatures, even when the price problem is solved. I think that is maybe for any module? which one can be?

As for Add to cart issue. I suppose the button should be hidden in case the product shows “0” price?

It wasn’t hidden. It is just that the button in the miniatures, do not add to the actual cart list. You click on it, and it shows the pop up, but the cart items remains in 0 products.

I can offer you to hide Add to cart for such products
