Ticket #20958 - Website Problem

Hello,

We’re working on a website using this link : https://mehdi-bodyone.websrc.fr/fr/bodys/1224-7860-body-debardeur-cache-coeur-satin-bodys-b001.html#/19-taille-38/72-couleur-ecru and there’s some problems about the main picture of a product that we might not be able to fix by ourselves. Could you fix that problem ?

To be more specific, when we try to change the colors of the main picture, nothing happen and the picture does not have any changes. Thought, the littles pictures on the side aren’t affected by this problem.

Please do the following
- open the file /var/www/bodyone.fr/themes/alysum/templates/catalog/_partials/miniatures/product.tpl
- find the line 81 

{if ($product.quantity > 0) && ($page.page_name !== 'product') && ($product.avai...

- replace “!==” with “!=”

Hi,

I updated the line 81 : 

                      {if ($product.quantity > 0) && ($page.page_name != 'product') && ($product.available_for_order == 1) && ($product.customizable == 0)}

But nothing changes.

We need to have the cover image changing depending on the color we choose.

Have you tried to clear prestashop cache?

My apologies.. but yes, we’ve tried to clear the cache again and again.
I will give you back full access with FTP from now.

Please try to clear prestashop cache.
I just fixed the file /var/www/bodyone.fr/themes/alysum/templates/catalog/_partials/product-cover-thumbnails.tpl
