Ticket #20971 - promokit pop up module

When you get into home page in desktop version, you start scrolling and as soon as the pop up comes up the whole windows rolls up to the top of the page (that doesn’t happen in your demo)

Yes, but what is the problem?
You can change the delay in the module settings
