Ticket #20987 - order confirmation page does not appear when the customer is paying

Hi,

I noticed a problem when a customer finalizes the order, after payment, order confirmation page does not appear when the customer is paying.
The customer get redirected immediately to sign in page " www.website.fr/connexion?back=history "

The problem exists for amp and the laptop version.

Can you please help me to solve this problem ?

I’m sorry that you can’t check the issue!

We are facing a big problem since 3 days ago, the fire destroyed our hosting provider(OVH) data center, our server is safe. But the electricity was cut off on the whole site, which impacts our server.

I will keep you informed once the problem is resolved and our server is restarted.

Hi, Alexandre Bertrand.
Have you tried to check it our with enabled Debug Mode? maybe there are some errors that could help to solve the issue
