Ticket #21042 - Category thumbnail

Hello!
We have some issue with Category thumbnail. System does not allow to upload thumb image. Instead it automatically generates it from Category cover image, resizing cover image and placing it in white canvas of the size of cover image.

And on front end we have broken images instead of category thumbnail.

We do not have this issue on test site with clean prestashop of the same version installed

Hi, Sergey.
Go to Images Settings and check out your category images dimensions there. Try to increase it if it’s necessary.
