Hi, Antonio.
Please update credentials in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile to access to your Back-office
Hi Fred, I already updated my credentials. Try now
Thank you
there is no space for all products, I have extended products number now all products are visible
I checked, it doesn't still work.
I find 6 products under "TODOS"(all), ideally would be found only 4 or 8 products in order to fulfil 1 raw or 2 raws in a symmetric way. Under "DESTACADO"(featured products) I only find 2 products, why not 4 and fulfil the raw?. The same case under "OFERTAS" (sales). And concerning "LO ULTIMO" I just find the firsts products that I registered for, not the real last ones.
It works in the next way: Takes from database defined products, then check for duplicates and remove duplicated products and then show clear list, that's why you have less products.
If you want I can disable that option that remove duplicated products
Please, disable that option and let's try if it does already work

Hi Fred,
Please, check again because I already updated these credentials yesterday and I verified that everything is ok.
Still unable to connect. Tried FTP/SFTP, secure/insecure
Please, try again. I made some changes and it seems that works now
Ok, done. Please check it out
It seems better, at least all raws are fulfilled.
Could you please explain to me the criteria that Alysum use for selecting items and put them in the categories: todos, destacado, or lo Ășltimo?
And why selected items for the first block "productos destacados" are different of "destacados" belonging to pk_isotope?
Thanks
Isotope module uses default product ordering defined here https://take.ms/E4gEx
The Product List widget has an option to change the ordering that's why you have different result
