Hi, caravntrader.
I highly recommend you to wait for the next theme version. It’s almost ready and will be available within 7-12 days
When it will be released use manual update option. See the video tutorial in the documentation
Hello Fred, do you have further information about the release date? Regards
everything is ready on our side. We currently waiting for Elementor developers, they should finish the update soon
what do you mean with soon? Since i tried to update, the mobile version is not working and adding products to cart is also impossible.
hope in this week
Don’t you have a backup to restore?
Yes a have but since i do some database changes i wouldn’t like to roll it back. But i think i have to if the update take more than this week
I have updated AMP templates manually, now all seem to work
Thank you.
all the widgets from AMP homepage are empty, i can do any changes there and SVG icons are also disapear.
how to change the text -developed by promokit.eu- on the amp-footer.
please check the cart issue on amp and desktop both version are not working.
We added Page builder directly into the AMP module. And the best way is to build your home page drom scratch. There is Cache system added there and it works faster.
But you can keep using the previous page builder as well.
1. how to change the text on the amp_footer? : developed by promokit.eu
2. the svg icon are not displayed on the mobile version. i use the same widget code as desktop version
1. Go to translations Shop → Theme → Amp and change the text as you need
2. AMP has its own svg library. You can see all available icons in the file /themes/alysum/templates/mobile/_partials/svg.tpl
The update is finally available :)
You said i have to install from scratch.
What about my previous settings?
…before installing 7.0, it will be enough to uninstall the current theme or do i also have to uninstall all promokit-modules ?

Of course the best way to install all from scratch to avoid possible .
But you can make an update through the Them Settings module. I’l try to help you in case some problems
Thank you.
An upgrade through theme setting is not possible, as mentioned on the beginning of the ticket.
you said me @Ticket #21536: as I can see you have a mess of different theme and modules versions what causes a lot of conflicts.
Those conflicts are happened while i tried to update the theme manually since the auto update through theme setting module doesn’t work.
Installing from scratch make only sense for me if i will not loosing my current settings like theme builder-Layout, homepage setting…etc. In this case how can i delete the current theme to avoid conflicts in the future.
What do you recommend me to do?
Ok, I see.
It will be hard to keep your current configuration, because almost every module was developed from scratch to keep compatibility with newest Prestashop versions.
Try to update the theme manually, see the video http://alysum5.promokit.eu/promokit/documentation/#theme_update
After the update you need to install new Theme Settings module
After trying the manual update, i can’t accede to the module anymore.
Can you please check?
Please check out the screenshot https://take.ms/DHm4h
As you can see there is some global issue with every module. That is definitely not related to the theme.
I have found the similar issue for example here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/prevent-php-warning-filemtime-stat-failed/
Modules manager page crashed every time after a failed manually update, so i don’t think it’s a theme related issue.
The translation page is also brocken after that.

seems something went wrong.
yes, please
Now there is no more errors. But home page layout seems broken.
I recommend you to build your pages with new Elementor module. It’s much powerful and fast.
Thank you Fred. I´ll try to rebuild the homepage.
1.How did you update?
2.the auto update will now work in the future?
I didn’t make an update. I just fixed small issue to make it work.
Auto update will work in the future
i mean, how do you updated the theme to V.7.0?
just uploaded all files to your server like described in the video tutorial
thank you
You are welcome!
Update function through theme setting module says: Cannot currently check for updates.

You currently have the latest theme version
i know, i have the latest version. But it will be difficult to auto update in the future.
can you please fix it?
The creative elements module load infinitely
this option should be disabled - https://take.ms/rgyKx
As for the update, I suppose that’s because you have enabled Maintenance mode
creative elements works,Thanks.
just checked, same issue when maintenance mode is disabled
we will be looking for a reason. For now you are only one who has the issue
The theme setting module is brocken.
