Ticket #21807 - AMP - Error 404
Hello
I just installed the theme, in a clean installation and updated to 1.7.7.5, without making any changes to the store, and the AMP does not work, gives error 404.
Can you help me?
Thanks

Hi, Daniel.
Please check out AMP documentation here https://alysum5.promokit.eu/promokit/documentation/amp/troubleshooting.html
Thank you. Surely it’s by SSL. I have disconnected the forced amp until I configure the web to ssl.
I have more problems, the carousel of the images, does not work. It loads all the images in block and does not make carousel, nor do the arrows appear (in backoffice and frontoffice).
The last problem is that on category pages, the product only displays one image, when you pass the cursor it does not go to the next image.
Can you help me?
Do you have enabled Friendly URLs?
Is the AMP module uninstalled, because it doesn’t work for me at all http://aqoklttl-cp47.webprestashop.com/pruebaz/mobile
Yes I have enable the Friendly URLs.
Yes, i disconnected it. Test it without /mobile
http://aqoklttl-cp47.webprestashop.com/pruebaz/ http://aqoklttl-cp47.webprestashop.com/pruebaz/novedades (for example)
Now the the query is about the general theme, not about the amp.
Ok, but if you disabled AMP what’s the problem now? The page woks fine for me https://take.ms/n7YHS

Carousel doesn’t work in the home web. Also the Multi-image of the products in the category doesn’t work.
Can you Help me?
Please update the theme to the latest version 7.0.1
Great!! Issue is solved ;).
Thanks so much.
You are welcome!
Hi,
I’m using a module what changes Prestashop URL‘s, is there a way for the AMP to work this way?
I can’t remove that a module of URL‘s because if i remove it, it generates a 404 error and would lose all seo.
if I disable the amp module, is nothing wrong? or is there a way for both modules to work together?
Thanks!!!
AMP is just an option, you can disable it with no worries
