- When someone wants to buy on our store from a smartphone, payment options arent shown and previous steps cant be selected again or edited.
- Related products on AMP shows a text on the image product placeholder : “combination is not available.

Hi! I updated it, now you can access to BO. I had AMP disabled cause I can´t have the shop operative with AMP if payment don´t work. Now you can active it to see the checkout proccess from a smartphone or tablet.
Yesterday i was looking in server files before use chrome dev tools seeing chekout in AMP versión and the error was a error 500 taking …modules/amp/order;
I looked this method on AMP files, amp.php and found where is the ‘case’ order; but; I don´t know what to do… lmao.
I need to update AMP module files.

I´ve talked with my host provider. Changed again the password. If u can´t connect this time, they ask me the IP of the device for look if there´s any problem. By the way, it must work; user and pass are correct and they are still waiting if the problem comes again. Try it and sorry for the inconvenience
My current IP is 176.102.59.146
They confirmed and tried to enter with actual pass and can do it at the second attemp, btw, they gave to me another server url more reliable and changed it on my profile.
They told me too:
Also add that it would be good:
A) Let them try from another computer / network.
B) That they verify that they use the correct password, at the end of the day we did not know if it was part of it or not and it took us two attempts to connect.
C) That they use the server “com308.raiolanetworks.es” (the current one is correct but since we do not even see their access attempts, it is more reliable).
D) Let them try connecting in plain text to see if the behavior changes.

AMP module is updated to the latest version but the problem still persist.
Do you use some specific checkout module? if so, please try to disable it for a test
I use RedSys Module for card payment, make what u need inside prestashop B.O., I think is reliable than disable and enable it with this distance cause I need it enabled as much time as I can.
Yes, looks like Redsys module brakes AMP checkout page. I just tried to disable it and order a product with no problem.
Any third party module is not compatible with AMP by default. We have “AMPified” all prestashop pages and our own modules for the theme but we are not able to “AMPify” every third party module.
I can only add Redsys module to our TODO to make it AMP compatible, but we can start to work only after vacation.
For now you can enable “Desktop Checkout” option in the AMP settings. In that mode all modules will work like in desktop version

ok, i didn´t had elementor to build before. Now the prob is the homepage displayed isn´t with the same content than the homepage in elementor, submenú layouts aren´t displayed and in elementor builder, you can see upper sections to edit, and scrolling down, layouts of alysum builder. I attached some img

Yes, we have moved to Elementor in the latest theme version
Hello! I was checking if all is OK and i found just an error. Elementor editor fails on product page when I want to edit it opening always the same product “ConfortWaves V-20”, module don´t care what product i want to edit, it always open ConfortWaves… And, the product page in AMP, dont charge the image product.
Another thing, today I changed the menú style, and selected from Theme Settings the hook for header by ELEMENTOR. From this moment, built submenús in layout builder don´t work.
AMP categories page don´t show the main menú button

Menu layouts you have to assign in the menu item settings
I had assigned it but didn´t work and changed while is this error is fixed. Now SOFA item has a layout and stll don´t work, just show a blank square
but as I can see you have selected category item. If you need to have a dropdown you need to select Elementor layout, see the screenshot https://take.ms/NkeC0
