Ticket #22572 - The product page show a 404 error
Hello, after some configurations in the theme the product page stop working and now only show a 404 error, can you help me?
Comments
Hi, Javier Rodriguez.
Did you edit Friendly URL‘s options?
When I start getting the 404, I try changing it and tried deleting the .htaccess to see if the error comes from there, but nothing seems to work.
I’m not sure that’s related to the theme, but I can take a look
I really appreciate that, my only guess is that is theme related becasue this is a duplicate of my website that is working without any problem and the only new thing is the theme.
Thanks a lot for your time
The issue is fixed https://amzcoach.es/zapatillas-casa/13005-903-zapatilas-casa-york-fieltro-pet-jeans.html#/1-talla-36
You had wrong “Route to products” value in the URLs settings
Thank you so much, can I ask you another quesiton before closing the ticket? I am creating a page for categories, using creative elements, and I am using the widget subcategories, if I understand correctly this widget should show the subcategories of the category the client is. In my case I always see the same two for example if i go to category “Mujer” I see as subcategory “Mujer” and “Hombre”(this two categories are not subcategories of “Mujer”), but the actual subcategories are “Alpargatas”,”Cuñas,… Do i have to make some other configuration to make this widget work? Or is this the intented use? if that is the case which widget will show the actual subcategories.
Are you talking about back office? ot the issue appears in front office as well?
In the front office, look at this category page for example https://amzcoach.es/3-mujer- , the two subcategories that appear are “Mujer” and “Hombre”, this two are at the same level, and not subcategories of “Mujer”.
Please update credentials in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile to access to your FTP Server
At this moment I can’t configure an FTP, but with the information/credentials that I left there you can enter the plesk server and see all the files without any problem, once logged in you can click files in the sidebar and see all the files, sorry for the trouble
Ok, no problem,
The issue has been fixed. Please test to confirm the change
Just checked and now it’s working as intended, thanks a lot for your time.
You are welcome!
