Ticket #22591 - We can't see the image product in product page.

Hello,

I have some issues with theme but the most important by now is the product image problem.

I tested with the classic theme and it works fine but with Alysum theme it doesn’t work.

The problem is with the image url because I can see that it is searching he image in the img/p folder but not in de product folder and it cant find it. I tried to upload a sample image on p folder to avoid de broken image aparience. As a consecuence, it shows the same image in all products.

The problems that I am not able to solve are the following:

The product image on the product page is not showing.
Invoices cannot be downloaded from the customer’s profile.
It does not show a message when an item is added to the cart.
It does not allow to modify the number of articles from the cart.

Great! The images already work although there are still some problems:

  • Invoices cannot be downloaded from the customer’s profile.
  • It does not show a message when an item is added to the cart.

Remove from cart button also works fine for me https://take.ms/qTY8j

I’m not able to check invoice download because I need to purchase some product
