Ticket #22710 - Creative Elements Footer Links
Hi Fred,
I am editing the lingerie template footer. There are no links so I am going to the Widget Content - Block Title ON and there is the field “Links Blocks” but it is empty.
How can I link / add your Link Widget module to the footer?
Comments
Hi, Zuzana.
I just make a fix, but you have enabled Opcache. There are two ways to reset it’s cache.
1. Restart your server
2. Disable Opcache and enable it back
Hi Fred, web server cache was OFF, I set it ON, waited 15-30 min and switched it back OFF, again waited. I am not sure if something should change but I can´t see any links and “Link blocks” is still empty.
I have cleared Prestashop and browser cache just to be sure. No change.
Some cache is still enabled or FTP details are wrong or path to your prestashop is wrong.
I have fixed the file /public_html/modules/pkelements/classes/WidgetPklinks.php using provided credentials
Yes, the credentials are the problem.
My live website is .EU and credentials was originaly with EU.
But now I am testing PS 1.7.7.7 update on my other domain (.SK) because I don´t want to mess up and lose customers.
So I asked you to change credentials. You changed shop url, BO url, FTP host but FTP login still has .EU so now you uploaded it on my live FTP eshop.
I have just copied the file from one FTP to another and now I can see links :)
If possible, please change my credentials -
- FTP login change .eu. to .sk. -
- FTP password is the same except this character “}” I don´t know why but it is not allowed anymore. So the same password just delete } from it.
Thank you and have a great day.
Hi Fred, I would like to add social media icons to the footer.
I can see there is the Social icons widget but icons are not in the “lingerie theme” design (light, nude colors). I would like to change those icons, rewrite them. In which folder could I find those icons?
Sorry, I have just found out I can change the primary and secondary colors of the icons, so no need to change the whole icon, I can just change the coloring. That’s so cool.
You are welcome!
