Ticket #22860 - Facebook module

In “Facebook Chat” the parameter “Chat Icon Position” doesn’t work. The “bottom right” corner is always the result no matter what position is chosen. This causes an overlap of the “Messenger” icon with the “Arrow Up” icon (bringing you to the top of the page) always shown on the bottom right.

Also if the same “Chat Icon Position” for “Facebook Chat” and “Whatsapp Chat” are chosen, they icons for “Messenger” and " Whatsapp” will overlap and not be shown next to each other.

You are right sorry. I checked the FTP account. Presta account is not activated and should work.

The issue has been fixed. Please test to confirm the change
That was not easy :) I have found out Facebook doesn’t recommend to change the position, but I make it work https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/facebook-chat-plugin/
