Ticket #22934 - Latest update broke my site

After the latest update, I’m experiencing a lot of problems on my site.
I’ve fixed some, but others persist:

  1. homepage is displayed with some errors
  1. can’t show custom Category Page (see photo attached for Theme Settings error)
  1. can’t show custom Product Page
  1. the main menu is displayed twice
  1. main image not displayed on product page
  1. product thumbnails not displayed on cart page (I regenerated the thumbnails, but didn’t fix it)
  1. footer displayed in busted colors
  1. some minor graphical bugs such as the cart counter without accent color…

Please, help me.

Hi, Francesco.
Sorry for the delay.
First of all we highly recommend to upgrade Prestashop to the latest version, then we will be able to check the issues list you have.
There is no a lot of sense to update the theme and use it with outdated prestashop

Prestashop updated to the latest version.
Please, fix the errors I pointed out in the previous post.
I also noticed these other two problems:
1) “To Top” button not displayed correctly.
2) Infinite loading on some images in the Brand slider on the home page.

2) Same category slider, price not displayed correctly

Default AMP content problem is fixed, but you have to build home page for AMP here - https://take.ms/Iqekq

As for the price issue, go to Theme Settings → Product Miniature, and select a layout that is suitable for you

I’ve created a new layout, but I’m unable to add the slider revolution (which was also available in the AMP version before the update).
Why?
Please add it to the top of the page.

Also, a new error occurs in the AMP home:
- the purchase button is only partially displayed.

Please, fix it asap!

Honestly, I’m starting to lose patience with all the bugs that are present in your theme.

Sorry about all these problems. We are trying to fix all problems and immediately add them to the theme update
1. Revolution slider is not recommended for AMP, it’s over-complicated, and AMP was developed with a goal to provide as light pages as possible to have fast loading
2. The issue with button is fixed https://take.ms/ZIvub

Ok, I got it.

Before reopening the site I was doing a last check and I found a serious error.
No payment method is displayed on the checkout page. Neither on desktop nor on mobile. All payment methods are configured correctly, so the problem must be in the theme.
Please, fix it.

I’m not sure that’s related to the theme.
Try to switch to Classic prestashop theme and see how it works there.
In 99% of such problems the solution lay down in the shop configuration.

Fixed it, but I found another problem.

On the AMP theme, it’s not possible to complete the purchase.
The checkbox for “terms and conditions” goes into the loop and it’s not possible to proceed.
This only happens in the AMP version and only with your theme.
Please fix as soon as possible.
