Ticket #22941 - 500 internal error

Hi, Mathieu.
Are the FTP details correct? When I connect to your server and edit files I don’t see any changes in the front pages
Hi Fred,
Yes but you have to go in the “drscrub” folder and not in the www folder.
2 sites are on the same hosting.
Thanks
Fred, the website hosted on “www” (biowave.fr) no longer works. Can you undo your changes or do you want me to restore a backup?
but I didn’t touch anything there.
I have found out that pagebuilder module folder is renamed to pspagebuilder2022-01-28-7h28, I have tried to rename it to pspagebuilder but didn’t see any changes in the https://drscrub.fr/ website so I rename it back. That’s all
Maybe that’s a cache issue? Please try to clear cache
Please also disable Opcache in your server configuration for a while
Indeed it’s my fault, I made a backup of this folder because I tried to replace it with an old version, I simply forgot to rename it.
I cleaned the cache but nothing seems to change on drscrub, but on biowave either!
I just disabled “OpCache” on both sites.
If you would like me to restore a biowave backup from yesterday let me know.
It’s ok for biowave, the mod was just disabled. Sorry !
Did you find a solution for the pspagebuilder module for drscrub?
No solution yet.
Page builder is not compatible with the latest prestashop…
As I can see Opcache is still enabled https://drscrub.fr/i.php
could you please disable it?
Hello Fred,
I thought that putting PHP in production mode on OVH could solve the opcache problem. Attached is the current configuration.
Could you guide me to disable the opcache?
Unfortunately I have no idea. You have to ask your hosting support
Ok, I’ll get closer to them to find out more.
If this version of prestashop is incompatible, do you think we can go back to an older version? (1.7.8.0)
Page builder module is not compatible with Presstashop 1.7.8, but I’ll try to fix it if you disable Opcache
Hello Fred, impossible for OVH to disable OPcache. Do you have another solution?
But how to edit .php file in this case?
When I try to edit some file I see no changes in the website because of Opcache
They say OPcache resets on a PHP file change.
If you download the file with FTP and put it back online, does this make any changes?
I changed the PHP configuration to PHPCGI and development mode, which should not result in any cache.

ok, if you will need some help don’t hesitate to ask here
Fred, indeed you could help me.
So I restored version 1.7.7.5 and then updated Venedor.
I have again an error with Page Builder but this time it is again the infinite loading.
I added line 275 “async: false,” in the widget.js but it doesn’t change anything and still loads…
Do you have an idea ?

It’s okay Fred, I didn’t add the line in the right place.
Everything works, you can close the ticket! :)
You are welcome!
