Ticket #23367 - Back office
hi i can’t log in to my back office. Can you check why it doesn’t work? Thanks
Comments
Hi, bernardino pirrone.
But back office is not a part of the theme
Please fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile to access to your Back-office and FTP Server
Done. Thank you very much fred for your willingness to help me.
What did you o before the problem happened?
As I can see you have some files updated and some not - https://take.ms/csvrs
I didn’t do anything Fred … I just updated the theme a couple of months ago
and after that you don’t have access to your back office anymore?
I have tried to restore original files of 1.7.6.9 version but when I started to upload, I have got the following error message
That means you have some limitations in your hosting configuration that doesn’t let me upload bunch of files
You can try to upload original “src” folder from prestashop archive to your server
the src folder from which prestashop version should I download it?
the src folder from which prestashop version should I download it?
the same as version you currently have
I copied src archive as your instructions but always the same
now the same for “vendor” folder
Done. Vendor folder copied
Yes, I see, but the error is still there.
I have spent some time to find a solution with no success, despite that error is not related to the theme.
I suppose you have to reinstall your prestashop from scratch
but if I reinstall prestashop I lose everything?
So how can i fix it? I can’t lose all data. Please help me.
And if the problem could be the php with which it was created? my server now uses 7.3.33
Please check out prestashop requirements here https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/installation/system-requirements/ As I can see you can use max 7.2 version of PHP
