Ticket #23396 - WhatsApp Button

Hello, My WhatsApp button (on the bottom left of my screen) doesn’t work, when I click there is an error message which says the link is incorrect.
At the end of the link there is “?ref=pkfacebook”, it may be the problem.
How can we correct this please.
