Ticket #23457 - Facebook module
Hello again, can you advise if the Facebook module is what we need to configure to get the ‘chat icon’ on our desktop and amp home page (attached what I mean). Our old site configures this in the head.tpl file so I just want to make sure its the right way to go. Also, can we deselect any of the available options? We only really want the live chat option.

Thanks Fred - yes I didnt complete any of the set up as I wasnt sure if it was the solution we needed or if there was another option we would use (i.e. using the head tpl file for FB chat on our homepage only). Can you answer the questions - as we dont need or want all of the options - only the live chat.

I have read your question, but I can’t understand it, sorry for my English.
If you need FB chat on only, you have to enable FB Chat option and add Page ID. Other module options keep disabled
Thank you I have just set it up and it makes sense now. How do I add it to mobile / AMP? As it doesnt seem to load there automatically from those settings?
