Ticket #23477 - only one shipping method

Hi I have 2 shipping methode (pick on store & Home delevery) when i try to check out only free pickup on store are available !!!
2nd i can not place the order as the button are disabled and it show
Please make sure you’ve chosen a payment method and accepted the terms and conditions.

there is no tic to accept the conditions and the payment already selected

Hi, salahudin.
Please make sure your shipping modules configured correctly.
We never had such problem with the theme. In 100% customer’s cases the problem was with shipping configuration

Hi Fred,
it was working fine with previous theme (Ledonia from by Anvanto Team) I can grant you access to BO to check all configuration setup correctly

Please try to reset your shipping modules, to make sure everything is installed correctly.

Thanks Fred, the reset do the work for the shipment but I still face grayed order button as in attached screen shots

the reset did the work for shipments as I mentioned, but I can not complete the order it ask for terms and condition as in screen shot

Try to add one more Payment method, and it will start to work
