Hi, Ebony Bragg.
Your website is in maintenance mode and I have no permissions to change that

Ebony Bragg 01 Jul 2022, 15:10

Hello, the site is no longer in maintenance.

Fred 01 Jul 2022, 15:23

As I can see the error caused by your server - https://take.ms/TUT1W.
Please try to disable Mod_Security module in your server configuration

Hello, the site is no longer in maintenance.

My host disabled Mod_Security. I cleared the cache and the issue is still not resolved with it being disabled.

Fred 01 Jul 2022, 17:21

But I still see the same error - https://take.ms/gHbP2

Looks like it’s not disabled yet

Ebony Bragg 01 Jul 2022, 17:26

Items are also not being added to the cart in AMP. The images don’t load but the product details do and the Add To Cart is not adding the items to the cart.

Ebony Bragg 01 Jul 2022, 17:29

Apologies but we just checked the other buttons on the product pages and the wishlist doesn’t respond. The quantities are increasing or decreasing.

Fred 01 Jul 2022, 17:31

That’s because Mod_securrity, please apply to your hosting support to check that out - https://take.ms/gHbP2

Ebony Bragg 01 Jul 2022, 18:29

Ok, I will reach out to them again. They stated that they disabled it. I can not do it myself as we are on a shared server.

Fred 01 Jul 2022, 18:31

Please also make sure you have disabled Mod_security in your back office - https://take.ms/nWY2O

Ebony Bragg 01 Jul 2022, 18:48

This was already on

Ok, I’ll extent your support for a couple of days more to wait while hosting support will sort that out

Ebony Bragg 01 Jul 2022, 20:44

Ok, thank you so much for the support with this issue.

My host is asking which Mod_Security they would need to disable. They cannot disable it for the SSL but they are unsure of which and what it needs to be disabled for.

Fred 01 Jul 2022, 21:29

I have no idea, all what I know you can see here https://take.ms/gHbP2

Hello, my host stated that they are unaware of which mod_security to turn off. There is mod_security for the ssl but they can not disable that as it will break our website. We tried resetting the module and cleared all cache. Is there something else that can be done to resolve it because the host is saying they have already disabled Mod_Security and there are others to disable but from the screenshots they are unclear as to which one they need to disable.

Fred 04 Jul 2022, 22:26

I have no idea. Ask them to disable that one which make this error https://take.ms/gHbP2

Ebony Bragg 05 Jul 2022, 04:59

Can you show the rest of the error or advise on how to pull up the error. We sent them the screenshots but they were not able know which one to disable from the portion that is showing.

Fred 05 Jul 2022, 10:49

There is no the rest of error, that’s all what I can see, secreenshot https://take.ms/gHbP2

I also can’t say nothing, because that’s not my server.
The problem appears when a script make a request to a file it’s get blocked by your server. Just try to open direct link https://www.luxealoure.com/module/pkamp/ajaxCart?__amp_source_origin=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.luxealoure.com

Is there a way to disable Amp and look ad the desktop version without products and words being stacked on top of each other? Right now when we switch it to load desktop it clutters everything on the mobile devices. Our host is unable to disable any other mod_security as it will damage our site so for some reason we can not use AMP since it won’t load correctly.

Fred 05 Jul 2022, 17:40

Of course, go to Modules Manager, find AMP and disable the module

I really have no idea what we can do more. Your server blocks all requests, that’s definitely not module’s problem.
