Hi, MALEK.
Any third party module is not compatible with AMP by default. We have “AMPified” all prestashop pages and our own modules for the theme.
You can see en example of module implementation “blog” module in the file /modules/pkamp/controllers/front/blog.php
From our experience that’s not easy to implement such complicated modules like filter

Okay thanks for the feedback. I will have a look and get back to you if anything pops out.
In this situation I might deactivate amp since it’s hard to implement, but I want the website to be responsive on mobile now with the current configuration some visual blocks doesn’t look good. I will appreciate any advice or any configuration recommended, to have fully responsive mobile version. The filter module is responsive on mobile so i just need that same implementation for it.

Yes, AMP is just an option and can be disabled with no problem.
As for the layout problem, go to Creative Elements → Edit your template and fix there “mobiles settings” to adjust current layout - https://take.ms/BnrND
