Hi, Lisa.
Could you please give me a link to product page of DEV website where I can see the issue?

Please update credentials in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile to access to your Back-office

Sorry Fred, completely forgot we updated the p/w :-)

Fred 30 Aug 2022, 17:43

Sorry, but it doesn’t works for me https://take.ms/J96VO

Sorry - don’t know why but my p/w update didn’t save. Can you try again?

Fred 31 Aug 2022, 18:27

I see now. That’s because of your custom CSS code (in the Theme Settings) - https://take.ms/CVLRJ

Thanks Fred - I don’t know why that is different, the developer we were working with must have made those changes (we are not working with them anymore). Sorry to ask but how do I revert back to the settings from the back office?

Fred 01 Sep 2022, 10:33

Go to Theme Settings → Customer CSS, and remove that code

Hi Fred - I have done this (several ways / removing display: none and also updating it to match the other 3 images CSS) but its not coming through). I have cleared cache and refreshed browser. Can you try at your end, I don’t know why but i seem to have issues with caching. Or i’ve done something wrong?

I suppose you have enabled some extra cache service like Cloudflare.
That’s definitely a question of your website configuration

Lisa Keeling 01 Sep 2022, 17:21

Yes we do - but i clear them also. Can you see my update at your end?

Fred 01 Sep 2022, 17:22

I see that you have removed the line from theme settings, but I still see it if I open the file directly in a browser, that means we are seeing cached file
