Ticket #23735 - How to select a layout for category page
Good afternoon,
I saw on your website that you have multiple layouts for category pages (https://preview.themeforest.net/item/alysum-premium-responsive-prestashop-16-theme/full_screen_preview/2622574), but the documentation doesn’t help me to do that, do you have another guide or tutorial to select a layout ? (I want to use “Masonry 2” category page for my website).
Thank you,
Morgan

Hi, Morgan.
It’s pretty easy. Go to Theme Settings → Category Page and select a layout there
Hi,
Yes this is what I tried, but I don’t have any Category Page layout in the dropdown list but another things

For some reason you don’t have imported pages.
I attached category page template to the ticket, if you need the rest of pages, you can find them in the folder
/modules/pkelements/src/Install/templates
To import them, go to Creative Elements → saved templates, and find Import button there

Sorry, I don’t know if we are talking about the same thing. On your website, you talk about different “category pages” with :
- Classic Grid with Banners
- No column Fullwidth
- Subcategories Carousel
- Wide Grid
- Masonry
- Masonry 2 (the one I would like to install on my site)
- Classic Grid
But I can’t find any way to use one of these layouts even if I import what you suggested.
Thank you in advance for your time,
Morgan
Every page has it’s own way to configure.
If you want to have “Masonry” or “Modern Grid” view, go to certain category, scroll down and find “Product Listing Type” option.
Another important thing to have non standard layout, is different width of product items in the listing page. To configure that, go to certain product settings, scroll down and find there Promokit Extended Settings.
The rest of settings are available in the Creative Elements → “Category Products” widget.
