Ticket #23765 - Promokit products widget problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the widget products from Promokit. Basically, I want to display this widget as a carousel, and change the number of slides showing between devices for the responsive.
Currently, I can change the number of products showing on the computer version, but when I want to change the numbers of products displaying on telephone, it seems that it doesn’t work at all.
Also, I am wondering about the Products slider by creative elements : do I have to suscribe to a license to use it ? And does it will work properly with the other widget ?

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
I tried to deal with the cache issue, unfortunately it seems that I can’t find the solution about clearing the cache, disable it, and other
solutions like changing permissions rights.
Furthermore, I also have this problem when I make a custom category page with the category products widget from promokit, the number of columns displayed doesn’t change depending of the support viewed.
So I guess that you are right, it should be this kind of trouble.
