Ticket #23808 - Can't translate theme

Hi,

I’m trying to translate some theme elements in French but it doesn’t save.
I add my translation, click save but nothing happened. When I reload, my translation is not here anymore.

Looks like something wrong with translations files https://take.ms/YWcC2

Try to remove/rename this translation folder “fr-FR” in the /themes/alysum/translations/

How to access to your FTP?
I have tried provided credentials but it doesn’t work
