Ticket #2676 - Custom Links Block not working in multistore

Hello

I have installed my theme under a single store configuration and everything worked just perfect.
Today I have switched to a multi-store configuration and I can’t create custom links for any of my stores anymore.
here is the message I am getting “An error occurred during link creation.”
the few links i had were deleted by themselves when i tried to edit them… please help because i really need to recreate those custom links….

thank you

Hello Richard.
Send you fixed file in archive.
Please unzip it to the “modules/pk_customlinks” folder

Richard 10 Jan 2014, 14:25

I have unzipped and uploaded the file, but no change… could you please check what is going on?….

thank you :-)

Everything seems ok http://clip2net.com/s/6yPhY8
And I see the link on the site

Richard 10 Jan 2014, 19:24

yes now I can create my links but if the URL is for example index.php?id_cms=6&controller=cms&id_lang=1 it will link only to index.php ignoring everything after the question mark….
could you please check that for me please?…

thank you :-)

it’s not an issue.
It’s not right to use such links.
Try to add full link

Richard 10 Jan 2014, 20:28

….alright, but it was working before. the thing is that during the development phase I disable the friendly URL and cache features….

thank you for everything.

you guys are great team :-)

Richard 10 Jan 2014, 22:06

…I am sorry, but it still not working even with friendly URL….also for some reason when in the checkout process the links are going under the top bar…..
thank you for checking….

Yes, I missed tpl file. Now all should be fine

Richard 11 Jan 2014, 15:29

Yes the links are now working as they should~ THANK YOU !!!

regarding the TPL file, do you mean that you uploaded it on my ftp?….because it is not attached to your post and the problem persist…the custom links still show under the top bar after login….

:-)
