Ticket #3043 - Wrong amount billed to customer

Hello;

we’ve just got an order this morning with our new website and here is what happened.
the customer ordered over $100 and free shipping was working as supposed but after she filled up all her payment info we received a paypal notification of the payment but including shipping so now we have to refund her the shipping.

I don’t understand why she was charged the shipping since free shipping was properly calculated.

thank you for letting us know asap because as you can easily understand, this is a critical issue.

Sorry for the delay, we had some problems with our support database, and your ticket has been missed.
Could you please check this issue with default prestashop theme?
