Ticket #7736 - Error 404 during the processes Prestashop

Hello,

I have problems with the process of order and more generally with pages (order, etc.) tab SEO URL. All the addresses fall in error 404, as for example the item corders.

See joined screenshots.
Furthermore, the translations are untraceable for the cart module. I translated everything but hit stays sentence which are not in the module. Or then I to find them.

Best regards

Hi,
Did this error appear after you translated titles and URLs in Preferences > SEO and URL?
Translations in BO > Localization > Translations > Installed modules translations > Module blockcart http://c2n.me/3inmfEr

I did not translate url! I do not understand your answer. On screens, you see good that titles are the ones of origin. I have a site having the module themeforest warehouse version 3.2 and the addresses are even that on alysum and it works.

Hi,
It was Friendly URL issue. When I disable Friendly URL all pages work fine.
We will investigate the issue but I’m not sure it’s Alysum theme problem. I suppose it’s Prestashop settings problem.

Hi

I am sorry, but it is impossible not to use this option, considering my current referencing (I get back even url of another hosting). Furthermore, I used the previous version of alysum on 1.5 and that worked. It works also with the theme warehouse for 1.6 and on the theme by default. It is thus your theme which has bugs.
Thank you for maintaining a high priority please because I absolutely have to start my shop..

regards

Hi. Now as I see everything is ok. I suppose you moved your site from one hosting to other or changed domain name. And After that you need to regenerate htaccess file (just disable and after that enable friendly url feature in the BO>Preferences>URLs)
