Ticket #7939 - Problem with Revolution Slider in Venedor Theme
Hello,
We have developed a shop online with Prestashop 1.6.0.9 + Venedor Theme. Our client changed the hosting of website and now we get this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘define’ (T_STRING) in /home/creatividadgac/public_html/modules/revsliderprestashop/revprestashoploader.php on line 1
We have uploaded Revolution Slider with the version packed in the last version of Venedor Theme, but problem continues.
If I delete Revolution Slider folder, the website runs ok. Please, what’s the problem? How we can fix this error?
Website URL: http://creatividadgac.com
Thanks,
Vicent Badia.

Hi,
did you try to reset the module?
Regards
Hi,
I can’t reset the module. If I upload the folder with Revolution Slider module, I can’t access to Modules in the Backoffice.
I send the screenshot with error.
Thanks.
Please fill the fields of access to the BO and FTP in your profile http://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile and I will try to fix the issue.
Regards
I have filled the fields with FTP and BO access. Please, let me know if you need more information.
Thanks very much.
Hi, do you use some file compression on your server?
When I try to upload the original module files they are being compressed http://c2n.me/3jPxOLR
Please look here

I suppose this compressing function is causing the problem.
Ok, I’m going to ask about this issue with hosting provider. Thanks!
Ok, waiting for your answer then
Hi. Is the issue solved?
