Ticket #7950 - Problem with the styles of automatic response contact form

Good afternoon! I have a question … my contact form operates normally (as seen in the first picture).
Then within my prestashop panel in the customer care, I answered the question of my client. When the client receives the response from the site administrator, receives an email with a link for a new response. When entering this link all styles of the section are broken (second image).
What can be caused this?

I visualized in the code, there should be no problem, since it is the same code and file, only has filters if a client response (ie, from the link sent by email), or a first message contact

Hi!
This bug has been fixed in Venedor 2 update. But if you don’t plan to update now then please update the FTP access in your profile (the current doesn’t work) and I will fix the issue for you :)

You left in FPT a file called “contact-form.tpl — del”? Is our archive of previous contact form?

Hi, yes, I renamed the old file and left it as backup for just in case :)
You can delete it if you like.
