We have a big problem now.

Our clients can’t connect to his account : same page come back all the time.

Could you please see in attached?

Hi.
Please check the issue with the default PS theme. Here how to do that:

Back-office>Preferences>Themes>Adv Settings>Directory, default-bootstrap (you won’t loose any information by switching with such way)

Hi, if you see the same issue in default theme then it’s Prestashop problem. You need to apply to the Prestashop forum.
This problem is not related to Venedor theme.

Hi,

Thanks for your help. I try to solve this problem since yesterday but i don’t find.

Module amazon connect is not the problem : i make to disable and problem is same.

New client can’t create an account and old client can’t log for make a second order.

If you can check about this problem, i can pay no problem ;)

About JS error, i don’t know what it is.

I don’t know if this is the same problem but when i am in my BO, i can’t change the date. When i clic on “DAYS”, “MONTH”, YEARS”, i can see any result

It looks like some cache fault. Disabled all the cache but didn’t help. Maybe you use some cache on the hosting panel? Or htaccess changes?

For now I’ve disabled all the PS cache in the page Performance. Please leave it disabled for now.

http://www.googleadservices.com/pagead/conversion.js Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) What is that? conversion.js Some script? Can you disable it? I don’t have such code in the my PS.

2) Try to remember what did you do before this bug. Maybe you did some performance or other modifications on the site or hosting panel?
3) Apply to the hoster and ask them what it can be the reason.

No JS error but didn’t help to solve the issue with the log in. Please try to apply to the hoster. I hope they will direct to the reasons of the bug

I was copy/paste the french original theme too venedor french language…

I don’t think so. But can be sure for 100 percent. I recommend you (if it’s not difficult) to rollback the translations and check the issue.
Always always always before any modification (I’m telling not about enabling/disabling some features in the PS BO) make a folder/site backup.
