Ticket #8804 - Not Connect, Verify Network error on menu

Hi, I am seeing an error on my Vendor menu that says ‘not connect’ ‘verify network’. I am trying to delete an item under the menu, and when I click on the delete, X icon, I see a popup that says ‘not connect, ‘verify network’. The site works fine, however, I can no longer change anything on the vendor menu. Any ideas on what this is?

Hi, I just checked and the error is still occurring. My journey through to get this error is click on Venedor menu through Quick Access. The I try to add new menu item and this error occurs. It also occurs when I try to delete some items. I have tried three different computers using a variety of browsers and the same thing happens. See my image attached. I don’t know what is going one. Hope you can help me.

What the link to the BO are you using?

you should use the same as you have in the home front office http://

Also I see message that ssl is activated on your shop for BO http://screencast.com/t/2pcBG336qT but when I try to enter with the https I see
SSL connection error ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR” If you don’t use ssl please disable it. It can be also the reason of the problem

Yes. This is ssl error. I see in the flex menu the error
“Failed to load resource: net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR”

Disable ssl protocol if you don’t use it
