Ticket #9328 - Email received not the same

Hi,

Understand the proceed to edit the email template is to go to translation, under email template, select alysum as the theme and en as the language.

I edited the bottom text.

When I try to make order and the email sent out to the customer has become this (as per picture attached).

I am not sure why it turn out to be like this.

Really need urgent advice on this.

Hi.
I suppose you did something wrong with the email translation. Is it only order email has wrong look?
Recover the default Alysum html file and check the issue. You can find the file in the Alysum theme archive alysum-v.4.5.zip\themes\alysum\mails\en\order_conf.html

thank you, it happened to all the file I have made changes to.

i have upload back the default file.

I have just realise, the problem start when I click on the “edit HTML version”, even without changing anything.

at the footer, it has the “follow us”, “Contact Info”, with the code {email_addr} {social_networks} {adv_img} that does not show anything.

I wish to remove it, how can i do it?

If you don’t need it {email_addr} {social_networks} {adv_img} you can remove it directly in the html files
site/themes/alysum/mails/your_lang
