Ticket #9411 - pk_sequenceslider buged and others

Once fixed previous issues and ready to prepare frontend we made some tests with slider and it´s not running.

1) Sometimes stay loading
2) Pause time doesn´t work
3) arrows locked or constantly activated (Not like in DEMO)
3) No transitions animations
4) Impossible to configure buttons

Other bugs related with products where price is duplicated (Green crecle) and hovering text.

Fast Access –> Theme options doesn´t work

In Front end www.opengrow.es/shop you can see some products with huge text descriptions and duplicated layers of prices in textes. https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?getfile=7774

The box is related of new products seeing Live edit. I deleted it few times because of this bug but once theme content is edited, it appears again. Maybe related with other PS module

About slider, I fully uninstalled the theme deleting also manually config from xml folder, modules and all files. After I cleaned cache and installed theme again. Then, default demo images from slider disappeared (in first installation was also not working all animations) and still not working.

You are free to uninstall it and check the problem.

Our server is configured with php 5.5. I attach you all info about PHP configuration.

I forget an other bug, maybe this is problem of photos size but “productcarousel_single” block, when hover the images have dark grey border in top and bottom. I attach image

FIXED: Updating only one image from catalogue, all block fixed.

you can see some products with huge text descriptions and duplicated layers of prices in textes. This is “new products block” module. We don’t use it in our theme. Just disable it.

Sequence.
I made module reset and now you can see demo slides example. Also I’ve uploaded your images as an example.
As a problem I see only auto rotate problem. I will try to find the reason tomorrow.

I fixed the carousel by updating one image from products. maybe a problem with cache that´s already solved.

I´m using chrome.

Slider still being in the same situation. Yes, I can put images and backgrounds as show by your edition, but not transitions effects (3D effects, not only fade out) as in your demo.
I also don´t understand how to place buttons like showed in slide 2 as “DETAILS”.
And finally, how to auto hide arrows like in your live demo if slider is not hovered.

In my opinion all those conflicts can come or from other module or from PS version.

An other bug “just because yes” prices texts in Productcarouselsingle not centred. (I disable prices for now…) I attach image. Is your theme really compatible with PS 1.6.4.1 ??

MULTI LANGUAGE.

There are lot of parts we can´t configure for multiple languages.

Flex Menu: This is really important because we need to add images, texts and videos and need to be different for spanish and english shop.

I attach you a list or words that are not possible to translate from “Localisations → Translations”. Or PS 1.6.4.1 is modifying some buttons and texts connections, or the theme was not taking in consideration this elements for enable translations.

Finally, Cookies message is not able to modify it. maybe a module with particular name ?

This is not Sequence but Revolution slider. :-) Try please Rev slider. I think it will suit all your needs.

Is your theme really compatible with PS 1.6.4.1 ?? Yes!
prices texts in Productcarouselsingle not centred For some reason 1 file wasn’t included in home page. I’ve added css fix in your CustomCSS and now it’s ok.

MULTI LANGUAGE. After multilanguage enabling you should reset the module that doesn’t show the multilanguage options. Please try to reset the Flexmenu module (after that all your menu items will be reseted, so you need reconfigure the module again). After that multilanguage options should appear.

Cookies message is not able to modify it. maybe a module with particular name ? The link in cookies directs to CMS page. You can change the ID of CMS page in the file /modules/pk_themesettings/pk_themesettings.php
find the line: 

Context::getContext()->link->getCMSLink(11)

and change 11 to ID of your page

For now all fixed but translations still not working.
I restarted Isotope Product Filter, Single Products Carousel, Featured posts, Favorite Video Block and a part to spend time to reconfigure all of them they still not translating “Add to cart”, “View”, “Featured Products”, “Recent Posts” etc…

Is not critical, is a question of company image, we will receive lot of spanish clients and this little things don t give good feelings in eye.

Did you tried Localization>Translation>Installed modules, our theme, your lang > ?

Don t worry I was kidding.

Other BUG in bottom Store information. block taking only Company name and mail from “blockcontactinfos”. I attach images.

Also in Spanish is taking part of backoffice as “Escriba su dirección” grammatically is incorrect because after this part of sentence we need “de” “email”, what means this module has a conflict with text entries. So this has to change to “email” only.

And Custom CSS not working with your code for fix prices in Slinglecarousel products. I disabled module for now.

An other bug in Contact Details from Contact page (With map) Phone numbers are not changing after edit them. In top it´s correctly changing.

Hi.
1) “blockcontactinfos”. This is not our issue. I’ve switched your shop to default PS theme and see the same issue. Try to find the solution with the PS forum.
2)
ProductCarousel single. Previous code was for Product crousel http://c2n.me/3wqKEfo
Added code also for ProductCarousel single and now seems ok as well http://c2n.me/3wqKpw2
So now all the Carousels (product Carousel, Single and bottom show price ok)

and now everything is ok.

pk_facebooklike.php could be manually modify for use www.facebook.com/opengrowES in Spanish shop and www.facebook.com/opengrowEN in english shop?

By our laws, we need to show if our products have or not Taxes. By enabling it in product.tpl like this:

We get the text in green cercle and impossible to read it. (attached image)

Is it possible to position this text in other position where label size is not limitated? or just jump line and put this text with little size for enter in english “Tax incl.” and in spanish “Sin impuestos”
