Ticket #9490 - Impossible to add "combined products" on Venedor Menu.

I created a “combined product” with 3 products inside called “GroLab Combo”.

Venedor Menu is not considering this kind of products in its list. I suppose it´s actually taking only in consideration Standard Products.

Hi.
Yes, unfortunately Flex menu doesn’t support combined product.

Eddie Piazza 26 Apr 2016, 10:56

Then… How to solve this problem?

All my products are managed with advanced stocks, in addition to that, my most important products are Packs that assembly some single products. If I create single products making an “imitation” of a combined product, I literally loose the option to use advanced stocks. This is not a little problem, this is a huge management problem.

It could be “solved” if in Main Section I could attach images with an url to the combined product.

Well, please propose me a solution for show my combined products in menu.

So you have problem with the product puck not only with the Flex menu. Right?
Give me the link to the product with the products pack and I will check the issue. It should work fine.

Well, I arranged a bad solution until solve this problem by making this pack products as single products.

I will create a packed product Called “TestPack” for you try to fix this issue.

This is the product: http://www.opengrow.es/shop/es/inicio/30-testpack.html

It is inside GroLab Kits category. So we need to place it in the menu.

If you fixed the problem, please explain me how to repeat the same procedure with other products.

Hi Eddie.
That menu has been developed by some freelancer. I’ll try to ask him about that, but I can’t promise you anything. We even didn’t contact over two years.
