Ticket #9526 - lost module

I have a problem with my back office.

I dont know what happened and nobody had modified anything in the module.

But, modules like isotope, product caroussel, theme settings are all not listed in my module list anymore.

Need help as eventhough this module are not in my backoffice, but the live website is still running it..

What should I do as I am gonna change some of the products quite urgently.

And also my facebook always got some text under the picture, it happened since i change this module, and you have checked it and reset it last time.
Now there is a “mis” words there.
But this time i reset and clear cache still not much effect.
Note: im using page cache module also.

i just noticed from ftp that the file name have a duplicate folder as below :
pk_isotopeSort–del
pk_awShowcaseSlider–del
pk_manufacturersCarousel–del
pk_productsCarousel–del

is this like bug or virus? I didnt went it to my ftp these 4-5 days

Hi.
like isotope, product caroussel, theme settings are all not listed in my module list anymore. Sorry but I can’t tell you the reason for sure. You are the first who write about such issue.
Try to remember what did you last days with the site. Look at the FTP logs. Enabled debug mode http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information/ and go to the BO>Modules page. Maybe there will be more info about the issue.

is this like bug or virus? This is old modules. I suppose someone from our team renamed old modules and added new (I think it was a long time ago). If you see modules in the front office so they should be in the folder site/modules/
with the names
pk_isotopesort
pk_awshowcaseslider
pk_manufacturerscarousel
pk_productscarousel

i believed it was solved by deleting one of the hta file in that module folder. it was done by a friend of mine.
