Ticket #9721 - Shipping cost with extra digit.

Hi Alex

I need to add an extra shipping cost for some products at 19,834 in shipping ….. but the system only allows a 2 decimal number like 19,83 and not a 3 decimal Number such as 19,834 (it does not allow for the 2 digit. It has to be 3 digits so we need to allow for a larger number. so it has to be 19,834 instead of 19,83.

Just need to allow for an extra number in this field. You can see from first products in my list

Hi Alex I have to put the site under the old url http://www.espaciodomestico.com/tienda/ so u need to access the back from here. The site is on hold.

I thik this issue is very simple as the input for the special shipping cost must have a max Number. I need to put 5 o 7 figures but system only allows 4 such as 19,83 but it needs to be 19,834

The problem is not with prices (the decimals work fine here ) it is with shipping as the input has a max limit on it and it does not allow for extra decimals

Can u pls try it with the first product and see what I mean…. I need to add a 4 at the end of 19,83 …. it should be 19,834 but the system does not allow me.

This is very important as the shop is now on Hold

If you set it to 3 all the prices on all the site will look like you need

If you need to change decimals only for extra shipping cost you should better apply to the PS forum
