Ticket #9817 - Problem with purchase products with Paypal module

The procedure that causes the problem is the following: when you add a product to your cart and you want to pay by Paypal or credit card, you are redirected to a Paypal page and it is impossible to complete the purchase, even with the card credit without registering.
Also as soon as you try to buy with Paypal comes an email from us that warns of an error with the PaypalAPI form (see image).
It is provided updates to SSL certificates these days, we would like to ensure that our environment supports the use of the algorithm SHA-256 and G5.
we contacted the module developer and PayPal service, but we have not solved the problem.

Hi.
Please check the issue with the default PS theme. Here how to do that:

Back-office>Preferences>Themes>Adv Settings>Directory, default-bootstrap (you won’t loose any information by switching with such way)

I checked the issue with the default PS theme and in this way also it presents the problem.
How can I fix the problem?
Thanks

the Express Checkout button on my site is not working.
The same source code of the button, copy and paste on a new HTML page works perfectly, so this means that the theme I’m using with Prestashop creates a conflict with the OnClick button action.

Hi.
If you see the same issue with the default PS theme that means it’s not our theme fault and you should apply to the PS forum.

Hi,
I’ve contacted the module Paypal developer and he told me to ensure that the necessary API calls to the transaction are always carried out, that information is passed to PayPal and the servers and their form folders have the correct permissions to be able to operate.
Can you check that?
Thanks

Hi. Paypal module is not a part of our theme. Paypal module is a part of Prestashop platform. You should apply to prestashop support with the issue.
