Ticket #9861 - 2 issues: some modules never active, theme problems

Hi,

I cleared the cache, even disable it in case.

I keeps on enabling modules, yet, they sill show as no active.

To be clear in term of design, i want my theme to look exactly like your demo (Venedor). From then i will customize it.

Text “Language” and “Currency” are showing up? Currency and Language are showing up on two lines but i believe it is due to the text… Menu item “contact sitemap bookmark” are showing up?
Main horizontal menu does NOT look at all like your demo.

I updated the theme email settings and nothing has changed (still same at top).

I had reset the theme and nothing happened.

Updates:
I redid a few hooks (missing?) and started customizing. I noticed it does not really look like the image in your doc (order of the modules). i fixed many things.
How do i had a fourth module to the footer? I removed the useless Facebook one, it does not enough professional for the design. After “Store Information”, i need to add a fourth column in which i will add custom links or else, like a second menu (contact etc.). If i need to play in the code i will.
Which is the file i need to update to have the “to top” link/button a little higher? It covers the footer copyright text.

Issues left:
Some modules still not active. Are they supposed to?
Phone number and email address not changing (contact block). That HAS to be fix…very weird.
I do not have a map in the contact page like in your demo.

I’ve added to Geo location my country Ukraine temporary. So please don’t disable it for a while.

if you don’t need it there clear the fields, click to NO and SAVE SETTINGS. Or change it to your phones. Yes we know this is not the best behavior. We will fix it in next theme update ;)

All the promokit modules said enable before. They are now in configuration mode. Yes!
Now i was refering to the “Our store page” as you have it in your demo. A map and a module for searching. Mine does not look at all like it (see attached pix, our-store.jpg).
I have tried to add an image as background for the site. It does not show at all (see attached pix, background.jpg). How come? Do i need to add something in the css?
Talking about the custom css, does it get destroy when updating the theme?

I need another thing. Move the “our services section” off the wide zone. Put it underneath the “featured products” (see image attached). How do i do it?

Talking about the custom css, does it get destroy when updating the theme? Before theme update you should backup all the CustomCSS code. Make full site backup at least every couple days.

Move the “our services section” off the wide zone. Put it underneath the “featured products” (see image attached). How do i do it? I suppose you have enabled reinsurance block in the hook “wide” http://prntscr.com/cae6nn
disable it there and enable in the hook displayHome ;)
