Ticket #22567 - The "Theme Settings" module does not work and gives an error message

At first it worked fine, but it started to crash and when making changes to Header, Footer and Home from Creative Elements, it does not apply the changes.

And now it no longer allows access to the Theme Settings, indicating this error:

Oops! An Error Occurred
The server returned a “500 Internal Server Error”.
Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Hi Fred,
I have updated the theme and now it opens the Theme Settings, but the changes that I am creating are not displayed in both Header, Home, Footer and Revolution Slider.

I have already filled in the necessary data in the profile to check for errors.

I have problems with the Revolution Slider and with the product display.

I have created two slider based on the Alysum template but I can’t get them to display on the page.

Hi Fred,
I have reviewed and everything works perfectly. Just an additional detail, the first image of each product appears as not available on the product page. Is it a problem with the image format? or something fails.
