Ticket #22578 - After upgrade product image gallery doesn't work properly
hi, recently i’ve update the theme but after that the product image gallery doesn’t work anymore. I can see only the first image and when i select another image nothing happens. I set momentarily on “hide” the “main image thumbnails” (product page in theme settings) to have the carousel at least (not working on mobile). I need the thumbnail visualization.

We spent a lot of time on that with no success.
We need to make sure that is not caused by third party module. Please try to disable modules you have installed one by one and let me know the result.
I’ve tryed with no success. It could be caused by webp pictures?
I noticed that whenever you click on a thumbnail will be generated an <img> in the div class “prod-image-zoom” and everytime it will have the src from the first image with the “presentation” role
Yes, I also see that. Hard to say is that web module affects somehow.
Do you have an option to switch to classic theme and check out the issue there
I tried to disable webp module and then regenerate miniatures but nothing. I also verified that images were .jpg. Actually I can’t try to change the theme because we have multiple visitors online. What can we do? I also noticed that now carousel without thumbnails is broken on desktop, it shows a point and the image is too little. The theme has never had any problems so far, I have always enjoyed it…
The issue has been fixed. Please test to confirm the change
