Ticket #23703 - Prestashop Checkout does not show payment methods

Hi there,

I really hope you are fine, from the bottom of my heart.

I fully configured the updated Prestashop checkout module today in our store musterheld.net, but it does not show the payment methods on frontend. Not in desktop and not in mobile AMP version.

Instead, I see a placeholder (grey field) and a neverending turning wheel…

Prestshop Checkout displays in Backend: ‘All custom themes might not be fully compatible. To avoid potential integration issues on payment page, please check our list of customizable settings.’

Can you help me out?

I can imagine there is a wrong hook which is causing problems.

Haha, yes, and that password is still damn right. I just deacvtivated your account, as it was not in use. However, meanwhile the issue is solved. The provider moved me to another system, probably there were some problems with that machine or with cURL. Now paypal works again. You can close this ticket.
