Ticket #24107 - Theme settings do not appear

Hello =)

I have followed the instructions to install the theme, however “theme settings” do not appear and I cannot move forward wit the configuration. Can you let me know what to do?

Hi, Fiona.
Go to Modules, search for Theme Setting, click Configure. Go to General tab end enable sidebar link there
