Ticket #24178 - Form Builder Pro plugin doesn't work

Hello,
I’m using Form Builder Pro plugin with your theme. Problem is it literally displays " {hook h=’displayGform’ id=’4’}” instead of the form ( http://mlv.lokris.ovh/content/17-contactez-nous ).
I contacted plugin support and they told me I have to contact you. Here is their message :
“Hi,
Thanks for waiting! I have double-checked your issue with our team.
Please use liquild file and add {hook h=’displayGform’ id=’4’}
We have no permission to customize the page builder. In this case, I suggest you contact the page builder to ask for help, they will be best equipped to support you.
Note: the shortcode from our module can only be used on cms page, not on page builder.
Please let me know if you still have any questions. Our team will try our best to support you.

Hi, Sylvain.
As I can see you have build your Contact page using Creative Elements, now you just need to add Shortcode widget and paste there your hook

{hook h="displayGform" id="4"}
