The website is climatizareonline.ro and the backend details are in the account

Hi, Bianca Mitrea.
That’s known prestashop problem. Try to delete manually cache folders

/var/cache/dev
/var/cache/prod
Bianca Mitrea 19 Jan 2023, 09:11

ok, i will try again

Bianca Mitrea 19 Jan 2023, 09:28

i managed to log in, but theme settings are looking weird and some options in Prestashop give me 500 error

Bianca Mitrea 19 Jan 2023, 09:45

Also now in frontend it gives me this error:

Fatal error: Uncaught PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Exception\ContainerNotFoundException: Kernel Container is not available in /home/c0945442/public_html/src/Adapter/ContainerFinder.php:77 Stack trace: #0 /home/c0945442/public_html/classes/module/Module.php(1669): PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Adapter\ContainerFinder->getContainer() #1 /home/c0945442/public_html/classes/module/Module.php(1658): ModuleCore::getModuleRepository() #2 /home/c0945442/public_html/classes/Hook.php(811): ModuleCore::getNativeModuleList() #3 /home/c0945442/public_html/classes/Dispatcher.php(586): HookCore::exec('moduleRoutes', Array, NULL, true, false) #4 /home/c0945442/public_html/classes/Dispatcher.php(243): DispatcherCore->loadRoutes() #5 /home/c0945442/public_html/classes/Dispatcher.php(201): DispatcherCore->__construct(Object(Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Request)) #6 /home/c0945442/public_html/index.php(28): DispatcherCore::getInstance() #7 {main} thrown in /home/c0945442/public_html/src/Adapter/ContainerFinder.php on line 77

Never seen such error before.
I have found some customers also reported that https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/1052034-php-fatal-error-kernel-container-is-not-available-in-varwwwhtmlwwwsrcadaptercontainerfinderphp77/

Do you have an option to reinstall Prestashop from scratch?

Bianca Mitrea 19 Jan 2023, 10:19

i cannot reinstall Prestashop from scratch

Fred 19 Jan 2023, 10:51

But it doesn’t work correctly. I would advise you to do that.
What is the problem with reinstalling? Do you need assistance?

Bianca Mitrea 19 Jan 2023, 10:59

EDITED

Fred 19 Jan 2023, 20:10

Do you have any progress with that?

Bianca Mitrea 20 Jan 2023, 14:43

i succeeded into downgrading Prestashop, now the frontend works (most of it) but now i cannot acces the backend with a different error

  • deleted the cache/cookies
  • deleted browser cache and changer the browser also
Fred 20 Jan 2023, 21:16

The error you have is not related to the theme or modules, something wrong with server configuration.
I have tried to login to your back office https://climatizareonline.ro/backend but it doesn’t work so I’m not able to see the issue

Bianca Mitrea 20 Jan 2023, 22:16

it works now, ive restored again the backup

Fred 20 Jan 2023, 22:26

great!

Fred 20 Jan 2023, 22:38

I don’t understand what’s going on, but that’s definitely not related to our theme.
I assume something wrong with server configuration, because Prestashop usually works fine

Bianca Mitrea 21 Jan 2023, 11:48

the strange thing is that after the update (the theme update to the latest version) and the Prestashop Core update, everything worked just fine.

Fred 21 Jan 2023, 13:56

Can you try to update once more? Maybe to the latest Prestashop version 8.0?

Bianca Mitrea 24 Jan 2023, 09:26

So yea… I didn’t reache any conclusion. I migreted the website to WordPress. Where can I get a refund?

Fred 24 Jan 2023, 11:14

Go to your themeforest account that request refund there
